What Are The 3 Phases of Post-Construction?
Step 1: Rough Clean
- Remove debris, trash, leftover materials
- Sweep/vacuum large dust piles
- Initial scrape of stickers, paint overspray, caulk, etc.
- Prep the space so detailed work can actually begin
Step 2: Detailed Clean
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, cabinets (inside/out)
- Wipe all horizontal & vertical surfaces
- Deep dusting from top to bottom
- Clean windows, frames, tracks
- Remove remaining adhesive, paint, and fine dust
- This phase is where it starts to look “move-in ready”
Step 3: Final Touch Up Clean
- Re-dust surfaces that collected post-cleanup dust
- Touch up smudges, fingerprints, streaks
- Final polish on floors, fixtures, stainless, glass
- Last pass to ensure everything is photo- and client-ready
