1. Services Offered
Polished Oak Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and more. Specific services included may vary based on the cleaning package selected and the condition of the property.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.
- A valid phone number and email address are required for communication.
- Commercial walk-throughs may be required before quoting service prices.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if unsafe conditions are present.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and type of service selected.
- Quotes provided via the website are estimates and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee

We stand behind our work with The Polished Promise: If you’re not satisfied with any part of your service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. After 24 hours, all services are considered final.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service:
- Clear clutter and secure pets before arrival.
- Provide safe access to the property, including codes or keys as needed.
- Notify us in advance of any areas that require special care.
We are not liable for damage caused by unstable items, existing wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions.
7. Damage & Liability
- We treat every home and business with care. However, in the rare event of damage, please report it within 24 hours.
- We are fully insured and will review any incidents on a case-by-case basis.
- We are not responsible for damage due to improperly installed fixtures, unsecured items, or surfaces not suitable for cleaning.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for the following reasons:
- Unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff
- Homes or properties outside our current service area
