Post-Construction Cleaning
Post-construction cleaning is designed to remove dust, debris, and residue after a renovation or new build. Your quote applies to the single phase you select.
- Rough Clean: Remove debris, trash, and leftover materials. Sweep/vacuum heavy dust, scrape paint/caulk/adhesives, and prep surfaces.
- Detailed Clean: Clean cabinets inside/out, appliances, fixtures, windows, and remove fine dust and residue throughout.
- Final Touch-Up: Final polish — remove smudges, fingerprints, streaks, and do a final pass on all surfaces.
- All Areas: Dust/wipe walls, ceilings, baseboards, trim, doors, handles, switch plates, windows, sills, blinds, and fixtures.
